Introduction to Yoga

Learn the basics of yoga and feel stronger, more relaxed, and more centered. This class is for students with no yoga experience or for those wanting to review fundamentals. Students will receive individual attention.

Anna Rich is a graduate of the Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program and a student of Mary Lou Weprin. She believes yoga is for everyone and helps her students invite more spaciousness and ease into their bodies through thoughtful sequencing and a gentle, compassionate approach. Anna’s classes focus on developing body and breath awareness, building strength and flexibility, and finding stillness in the midst of our busy lives. Anna is also a certified Relax & Renew® Trainer.
