Moving into More Advanced Poses
with Michael Lucey
Saturday, October 24, 2–5pm | $55
In the Moving Into More Advanced Poses Series of workshops, students will have the chance to explore less familiar poses by learning their connections to more familiar ones, and to explore the relations between different categories of poses. We will investigate how what is learned in one category of poses transfers over to the practice of poses.
The benefits of arm balances come from practicing them even if they seem impossible to master. But understanding how they relate to other categories of poses also increases your chances of success. Come learn that arm balances can be fun and educational.
