This eight-week series focuses on the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, which discusses the preparation for and practice of meditation. It also explains the ultimate goal of the practice, which is freedom from sorrow by recognizing the one self. Each session will begin with a few minutes of Vedic chanting, followed by reading and discussing a few verses of the chapter.
