How do you stand strong and balanced on the ground? How do you move and breathe with ease? How do you let go? This class is for people of all ages and levels of yoga experience to explore these foundations of practice in a supportive and easygoing space. Each class will draw from a balanced sequence of seated, standing, upside-down, and partnered poses, with age-accessible instructions and modifications, and time for breathing and relaxation.
