Yoga for Families

$25/one adult & one teen/child + $10/each additional person

How do you stand strong and balanced on the ground? How do you move and breathe with ease? How do you let go? This class is for people of all ages and levels of yoga experience to explore these foundations of practice in a supportive and easygoing space. Each class will draw from a balanced sequence of seated, standing, upside-down, and partnered poses, with age-accessible instructions and modifications, and time for breathing and relaxation. Dalia Nazryan’s work is rooted in a commitment to help people find greater freedom, balance, and integration in their bodies and lives. Her classes are informed by her love of movement and her fascination with anatomy, breath, healing, and consciousness. She is a graduate of The Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program and a heart-centered bodyworker and craniosacral therapist. She has taught yoga, meditation and anatomy to children and adults in a variety of studio, school, and outreach settings, bringing passion, depth, curiosity and attentiveness to her classes.
