This class is for people of all ages and levels of yoga experience to explore these foundations of practice in a supportive and easygoing space. Each class will draw from a balanced sequence of seated, standing, upside-down, and partnered poses, with age-accessible instructions and modifications, and time for breathing and relaxation. Recommended for ages 5+. No previous yoga experience is necessary. For more information contact Dalia at or 516-320-0353.
