with Dalia Nazryan
Sundays, 11am – 12pm, Mar 5 – April 30
Single class – $14/person | Series of 8 classes – $96/person

This class is an opportunity for children and adults to unwind together and develop balance, strength and inner peace. We’ll explore the playful and creative aspects of practice through movement, yoga games, and partnered and group poses, while approaching the subtler and more quiet aspects of practice through skillful sequencing and alignment, and time for guided relaxation and breathing. All ages of children and adults are welcome.  No previous yoga experience necessary. For more information contact Dalia at dnazryan@gmail.com or 510-990-6796.
