The health and well being of the anatomical body depends on a strong and steady foundation. Inspired by the teachings of Donald Moyer, this workshop will help students develop awareness, strength and suppleness of the feet in a wide variety of yoga postures, and will include therapeutic applications for numerous foot issues including weak/fallen arches and bunions. Donald Moyer’s new book, Yoga for Healthy Feet: Practice from the Ground Up, will be available for purchase and further study
