In this workshop, the first half we will focus on Pilates fundamentals. These are the basis of all Pilates movements. These techniques will help you find connection to deeper postural muscles and learn different techniques of movement, from spinal pelvic stability towards moving from within into bigger movements.
In the second part of the workshop we will do a continuous Pilates mat work class. In this part of the workshop we will explore more advanced movements and techniques of the Pilates Method.
This class is open to all levels, as more advanced movers can always deepen their movement, and Pilates can be modified for people with limited mobility
