Restorative practices promote breathing, body awareness, and the relaxation response. In this seminar, we will discuss ways in which to sequence a restorative practice to support the student’s ability to release muscle tension and stress from the body. We will work with partners to learn more about individualizing poses for each student’s particular needs. The seminar is open to students enrolled the Advanced Studies Program as well as current teachers. For more information, call Bonnie at 510-548-9566.
