This collaboration will explore how tone, shifting sounds and rhythm can enhance our awareness of the vibrational quality of subtle energies. The workshop will use the themes of Air and Space – focusing on the throat as a key transition between the heart and the head. Beginning with a restorative practice, appropriate for beginners, we will invite the Sound Bath to carry us into a more active sequence in the second half.
