This series of workshops will investigate how we can use our asana practice to cultivate the strength, stability, and fortitude that we need when facing difficult periods in our lives or in the world around us. How do the different categories of asanas we practice contribute to cultivating the different qualities that assist us when times are hard: the ability to bear up physically under pressure, mental fortitude, emotional resilience, a steadiness of spirit?
