There’s no one “right way” to breathe. Breath influences asana; conversely, asana influences breath. The better we understand the architecture of breath, the more we can harness it to open, support, and deepen our practice. This accessible anatomy workshop focuses on the muscles and structures of breathing. We’ll use images, models, breath work, and asana to explore, inquire, and play. All levels welcome.
