The Five Elements framework was developed by ancient Chinese sages to describe the dynamic patterns of nature using five qualities: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. The relationships among the Five Elements are believed to represent the physiological relationships between the internal organs. Join us for an afternoon of yoga and qi gong in which we learn the Five Elements qi gong set to harmonize the internal organs and explore how yoga and qi gong can deepen each other. All levels welcome.
