Do you experience undue tension or pain in your daily activities- working at the computer, driving and perhaps in aspects of your fitness routine or yoga practice? Do the fruits of your best efforts to transcend these tensions or pains evaporate moments later? Here is a method to help you make more lasting changes.
The Alexander Technique is a practical method for learning to live and act with more ease and effectiveness. It is known for improving posture, easing stress, reducing back and other pain and improving general health and well being. This simple method can underlie all activity and be practiced at all times. We will introduce and develop these skills and concepts through fun and engaging activities and then apply them to daily activities. In this two hour workshop, everyone will learn skills with the teachers’ hands-on guidance.
This is a convenient and practical opportunity to learn about the Alexander Technique. No Alexander or Yoga experience required- open to all. Workshop class size is limited to 12
