Do you experience undue tension in your daily activities- working at the computer, driving and perhaps in aspects of your yoga practice? Do the fruits of your best efforts to transcend these tensions evaporate moments later? Here is a method to help you make more lasting changes.
The Alexander Technique is a practical method for learning to live and act with more ease and effectiveness. It is known for improving posture, easing stress, reducing pain and improving general health and well being. This simple method can underlie all activity and be practiced at all times. We will introduce and develop these skills and concepts through fun and engaging activities and then apply them to daily activities and yoga practice. In this three hour workshop, everyone will learn skills with the teachers’ hands-on guidance. No Alexander or Yoga experience required- open to all. Workshop class size is limited to 12
