When Can I Start?
You are welcome to attend an ongoing yoga class at any time on either a series or drop-in basis. You don’t need to wait for the beginning of a new series, except for special classes such as Introduction to Yoga and Zen Meditation.
What to Bring
Do not eat for at least an hour or two before class and come prepared to practice in bare feet. Please wear loose-fitting shorts, or leotards and tights that do not cover the feet. If you wear sweats or baggy trousers, the teacher will not be able to see your knees.
If you have any special physical problems or injuries, please inform the teacher before the class begins. You can either come to the class early, or telephone the teacher beforehand.
