with Christine Schoefer
Saturday, October 26th | 2-5pm
How can we use the strength and awareness generated by our yoga practice to stay safe in our daily lives? In this workshop, we will explore our physical power and learn basic self-defense skills. Working with a combination of yoga Asanas, role plays, and simple but effective martial arts techniques, we will learn how to set and defend our boundaries, embody our ideas of personal safety, and avoid harm. All levels of fitness are welcome. Space is limited!
