“Balance is the state of the present. The here and now. If you balance in the present you are living in eternity.” ~BKS Iyengar
In this three-hour workshop we will explore the physiology of balance, the causes of falls, and their prevention both on and off the mat. This workshop is designed specifically for all individuals who may be experiencing balance issues, and no prior yoga experience is required. Yoga teachers and practitioners who teach students with balance challenges will find this workshop specifically helpful for their teaching.
