When Can I Start?
You are welcome to attend an ongoing yoga class at any time on either a series or drop-in basis. You don’t need to wait for the beginning of a new series, except for when indicated on some special series like Zen Meditation.
What to Bring
Do not eat for at least an hour or two before class and come prepared to practice in bare feet. We provide all of the yoga props for our classes. It is recommended, but not required, that you bring your own mat.
If you have any physical needs or injuries, please inform the teacher before the class begins. You can either come to the class early, or contact the teacher beforehand.
