Inspiration from India: Backward Extensions, Inversions, Pranayama

with Michael Lucey
Saturday, November 10, 2–5pm | $55

In a series of three workshops this fall, Michael will share insights and inspiration from a month spent studying at the Ramanani Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. RIMYI was founded by B.K.S. Iyengar and is currently directed by Geeta Iyengar and Prashant Iyengar, his children. The November workshop will focus on backward extensions, inversions, and pranayama.
