Fall Zen Meditation Series: Silent Sitting & Social Action
with Reb Anderson
Tuesday Evenings, 7:30pm – 9:15pm
October 16th – November 27th | $126 for 7 weeks
Zen students often ask how our practice of silence and stillness relates to injustice and our environmental crisis. In this class we will explore this question and study the intimate interplay of beneficial social action and silent sitting. Each class includes quiet sitting and walking meditation, as well as teachings and group discussions.
