Yoga for Cyclists will give you the tools you need to relax your neck and shoulders, lengthen the muscles in your lower body, and gain core strength. You’ll gain clear direction on how to care for yourself after a long ride or a long week of bicycle commuting. When you get back on your bike, there will be greater ease in your body and an understanding of how your yoga practice may best support life on your bike. Open to all students—brand new to yoga, practiced regulars, or someplace in between.

She is a graduate of The Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program and teaches a regular schedule of classes in the East Bay.
