with Don Tuttle & Mike McKenna
Wednesdays starting 1/3/18, 7:30pm-9:00pm | Studio A
The Alexander Technique is a practical method for learning to live and act with more ease and effectiveness. It is known for improving posture, easing stress, reducing pain and improving general health and well being. This simple method can underlie all activity and be practiced at all times. We will develop these skills and concepts through fun and engaging activities and then apply them to yoga and daily activities. Everyone will learn with teachers’ hands on guidance. No experience required- open to all. Students are welcome to join the class on a series or a drop-in basis. For more information contact Mike or Don:
