with Dalia Nazryan
Saturday, June 29th | 2-5pm
Yogis have long known that there’s a powerful link between the mind and the body. Explore the neuroscience and physiology behind it, and how yoga, breathing and mindfulness practice can help regulate the nervous system, promote resilience, and build new pathways in the brain. The afternoon will include a short, experiential lecture followed by an integrative asana and breathing practice to support unwinding and integration.
