Book Signing with Nina Zolotow
Presentation by Nina Zolotow and Brad Gibson
Saturday, May 19, 3-5pm
We will be having a book signing with author Nina Zolotow, Editor in Chief of the “Yoga for Healthy Aging” blog. We’ll also have a presentation by Nina and Dr. Brad Gibson, one of the original founders of the “Yoga for Healthy Aging” blog and a medical researcher who has studied aging. This will be your chance to learn not only about yoga for healthy aging but about aging itself and what we currently know-and don’t know-about it.
